When do interviews happen?

UK interview season runs November to March — and it moves fast. Here is how it typically unfolds.

    First invites land

    Early schools start interviewing. Most invites give you just 1–3 weeks’ notice.

  2. Dec

    Oxbridge interviews

    Cambridge interviews early-to-mid December; Oxford follows mid-December.

  3. Jan

    Peak MMI season

    Most UK medical schools run their MMI circuits through January.

  4. Feb

    Circuits & panels roll on

    Remaining MMIs plus most panel interviews — the season’s busiest stretch.

  5. Mar

    Final rounds & offers

    Late interviews wrap up and offers start arriving via UCAS.
