The Panel Workshop

Our Panel Workshop equips you with essential skills and strategies to excel in traditional panel interviews, helping you make a lasting impression and stand out as a top candidate.

What Does The Day Involve?

This 3.5-hour workshop focuses on preparing you for panel interviews. During the first two hours, you will go over 10 common interview questions as a group, receiving feedback on your answers. In the last 1.5 hours, you’ll break into smaller groups to practice the same questions. You'll receive more detailed, personalised feedback from your tutor and peers to help you refine your responses and succeed in your panel interview.

09:00 - 10:00: Introduction & Common Interview Questions

  • Overview of common panel interview formats and expectations.

  • Discussion of how to approach standard interview questions.

  • Begin practising responses to 10 commonly asked interview questions.

11:00 - 12:30: Small Group Breakout Sessions

  • Break into groups of 3 per tutor.

  • Tailor your responses to the same 10 questions in a more focused setting.

  • Receive in-depth, personalised feedback from both peers and your tutor.

10:00 - 11:00: Group Practice & Feedback

  • Continue working through the 10 questions as a group.

  • Opportunity to practice answers in front of others.

  • Group feedback on your responses, with practical advice on how to improve.
